Pricing - Conditions

Prices:
Prices ARE VAT INCLUDED but shipping costs not included.
If you have a EU businnes account with vat number, or you are located outside EU, ONLY when you are logged you will see the prices without VAT and the invoice will be exempt from VAT

Orders:
Orders are subject to acceptance and approval by AvanturaMorje d.o.o..

Minimum order:
NO minimum order.

Payment:
- Money transfer 
- Credit Card

Warrantry:
All our products are covered by 2 years warranty for not professional use and 1 year for professional use.

Shipping:

All orders for items that are on our stock are dispatched within 2 working days All orders for items that are not currently held in our stock are dispatched within approximately 3/4 days. 80% of items are currently in stock. All deliveries are made by DHL, DPD Network or GLS. We deliver goods worldwide. The approximate time of shipment to all European countries is min.2/max.5 days (see "shipping rates" in the top menu), shipping time to non European countries is checked individually upon request. You can track all our delivery worldwide.


Insurance:

All shipped goods will be covered by a standard insurance. If further coverage is required, it will be at the Purchaser's discretion and cost. We will help arrange further insurance cover if required.


Returns:

Customer satisfaction is our goal number one. If our customers are not completely satisfied with any product that is purchased, for whatever reason, the item may be returned, prepaid, within 10 days of purchase. We will gladly replace, exchange, or credit the items. We do ask that the item be returned in the same condition as received with all of the original paperwork. All returned items for credit are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No returns are accepted on used items, items that are not in original condition. Special order items are also non-returnable.
